When do I pay My deposit? Deposit are to be made at the time of reservation. How do I make my deposit? Please send a check made payable to Gulf Waters Rental and Management at 15751 San Carlos Blvd, Unit 6 Ft Myers, FL 33908 When do I check in and out? Check in is at 4:00 pm and Check out is at 10:00 am. What furnishings will the properties include? All vacation rental properties are equipped with the following, UNLESS otherwise indicated: Bed linens* Dishes Stove/oven Cable TV (basic) Dishwasher Toaster Central AC/heat Microwave Towels Coffee pot Phone VCR Cookware Refrigerator Washer/dryer *Bed linens and towels are not exchanged during your visit. NOTE: Beach towels are not provided.
What do I need to bring?
All Gulf Waters vacation rental units are set up for normal housekeeping. However, property will not have cleaning supplies and will only have a starter pack of paper products and shampoo.

Can I bring the family pet?
A limited amount of houses or condos are pet friendly with restrictions. For details, please Contact Us. A nonrefundable fee in addition to a refundable damage deposit will apply, please ask for fees at time of reservation.
Is there a maximum number of vehicles allowed at the property?
