• 30 Day minimums for our vacation rentals.
• Monthly reservations are available October through April and rates include utilities.
• Discounted monthly rates, are also available off season.

• In-Season Security deposit amount is usually $500.00 (refundable) 45 days after departure barring any damages or excessive cleaning or long distance charges.
• Deposit is payable at reservation time. Deposit is made by check or money order only.
• Multiple months may require an additional deposit.

• A $35 nonrefundable reservation fee, to cover expenses associated with the initial reservation, is due at reservation time.
• Lodging tax of 5%.
• Florida State Sales tax is 6%

CONFIRMATION

A written confirmation listing rules, regulations, dates of visit and property information will be mailed to you after your security deposit is processed. Carefully CHECK your confirmation for accuracy and call (239-433-9900) immediately if any corrections are necessary.
