Annual Rental Policies Annual rentals require a $50.00 application fee for credit and back ground check. There may be times, depending on the community, that a separate Association application fee may be required. This would be a tenant expense. All annual rentals would also require that the first month's rent and a security deposit equaling a months rent be paid prior to move-in. In those cases where a pet is allowed a refundable pet deposit would also be held to the end of the lease term. All transferable utilities will be the responsibility of the tenant. |
